Our award-winning coaching team works tirelessly to ensure our members continue to improve on the water. We have a great mentoring scheme in place for new coaches to ensure they feel comfortable with their crews and always have someone to turn to for advice. 

 

All our coaches hold a British Rowing qualification and an up to date Safeguarding and DBS check (for junior coaches).

 

If you want to join our coaching team, we would be delighted to invite you to come and see what it's all about. The coaches work as a team to ensure they support the whole club and not just their own squads.
